Creamy Chipotle Sauce – Spicy creamy chipotle sauce with smoked adobo chiles

Poblano Sauce – Made with roasted pureed Poblano peppers served in creamy sauce with grilled fresh Poblano strips

Adobe Style – Smothered with a mild red sauce and Monterrey Jack cheese

Ranchero – With our mild ranchero sauce and Monterrey Jack cheese

Diablo – With sautéed onions, bell peppers, tomatillo sauce, Monterrey Jack cheese and sour cream
